Hello to all my fellow Seabees:

 

I hope everyone is doing well and all of you and your families have a very Happy Holidays.

 

Although our Seabee Reunion is still several months away, now is the time to begin planning and making your reservation for the October 3^rd thru October 7^th , 2019 Tucson, Arizona Reunion. This reunion we will have a “Meet and Greet” combined reunion with NMCB 8. 

 

This will be our 20^th Annual Reunion.  It has been almost 50 plus years for a lot of us since we came home. As time goes by, ever so quickly, we all need to take the time and the opportunity to stay in touch with each other whenever possible.

The rate this year will be $119 per day plus tax of 12.5% and a $2.00 per day occupancy tax. There will be rooms available that will be for $129 plus tax of 12.5% and a $2.00 per day occupancy tax. The price difference is to allow all of us to be located on the fourth floor where all our activity rooms will be. This will make it convenient for as it will be just a short walk down the hall from your guest room to the hospitality room/banquet room. There is to be a $10 per person per day food credit, (up to 2 food credits per room per day), to be used in any of their dining restaurants. The Hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle to Tucson International Airport. which runs from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Hotel parking is free for regular vehicles. There is a complimentary shuttle to and within a 5-mile radius, subject to availability. 

 

We have a limited number of rooms for three days before and after the reunion dates of October 3^rd to October 7th. You can reserve these at the special group rate. If the rooms at the special group rate are no longer available, because you didn’t reserve yours soon enough, then you may have to pay a higher rate. It pays to reserve yours as soon as possible.
